Basic Hatha

‘Basic Hatha’ is a mixed level yoga class that is a step up from Beginner’s Yoga. It incorporates a more extensive range of asana (physical poses), pranayama (breath control), pratyahara (withdrawal of sensory awareness), dharana (concentration), and dhyana (meditation). This ‘Movement in Meditation’ incorporates 5 of the 8 Limbs of Ashtanga Yoga and will help the student to more fully engage their body and mind during the yoga practice. This paid class will start Wed, Aug 7th and will run from 5:45pm – 7:00pm.
